Time-of-use windows

Local wall-clock time — daylight saving is handled for you. A band running past midnight is entered as written, e.g. 22:00 to 07:00. Where bands overlap the narrower one wins, so a 24-hour catch-all can sit underneath without needing to be ordered. Bands apply every day; tell me if your plan differs on weekends and I will bring that back.

Static Web Apps decides who someone is; this decides what they may do. Grant a role from Role management in the Azure portal, then set what it can reach here. Data scope limits whose figures they see — a house tenant sees the house and the shared site totals, not the flat's usage.
